result in the termination of your employment and/or the institution of legal proceedings against
you.
Finally, should your employment with Bradley Smoker end for any reason, you must return all
Confidential Information in your possession or control immediately.
Employee Personal Information
Bradley Smoker respects and protects the privacy of information collected for current and
previous employees. We collect only information from you that forms a necessary part of the
employment relationship and are committed to ensuring we continue to meet the requirements
of the Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA). If you have any questions or concerns, feel
free to speak to your manager or the President.
Ownership of Works
If you develop and/or produce any business during the course of your employment with us,
whether at work, at home or with a customer, Bradley Smoker remains the sole owner of the
rights. Additionally, if you receive compensation with respect to that business, it is payable to
Bradley Smoker without request. Further, if you develop it while at and for Bradley Smoker, you
and/or your co-workers will have no right, title or interest in it. Nor will you be paid any
additional compensation for it other than what has been outlined in your employment
agreement.
That all being said, we will be sure to recognize you appropriately for any and all fantastic,
ground-breaking work you do!!
Conflict of Interest
In our line of business, there are times when we may be confronted with potential conflicts of
interest. We ask that you be aware of this possibility and when faced with a potential conflict,
consult your manager. Although there are many potential conflict of interest scenarios, the
following situations are definitely seen as such:

integrity (doing the right thing), owning up to your mistakes (being
