We have a positive culture here at Bradley Smoker that we describe in the following ways:

Although these are the terms that we feel define who we are, our employees also describe our
culture as being friendly; open; accepting and supportive of work/life balance; family
environment and laid-back. A family-run business at its core, we want to maintain the best part
of that family culture, while also progressing and adding structure in ways that make sense for
our culture and business. For that reason, we are moving towards and consciously creating a
positive and supportive community culture.
What, How & Why We Do It
Living our values
At Bradley Smoker, we live and breathe our values – and as a Bradley Smoker employee, we
expect you to as well. As you come to learn more about our company, you’ll see that all of our
employee-focused programs are based upon our values. The reason for this is simple - they are
integral to everything we do and we want you to understand their importance. In order to help
you remember what they are, we’ve arranged them into a handy acronym: HAGGED.
Throughout this handbook, our values are highlighted, defined and referenced in a number of
areas. If for any reason they aren’t clear, be sure to let your manager know.
