Who We Are
Welcome to Bradley Smoker!
At Bradley Smoker, it’s all about flavour! We don’t just produce smokers to smoke food… we
produce smokers to create “big adventure in every bite.” That’s also how we like to think
about what it’s like to work at Bradley Smoker. We want you to love what you do, look forward
to coming here every day, and not just focus on the next pay-day or weekend. We want you to
wake up each morning, stoked about creating a flavourful day with big adventure - and in
doing so, make a difference to our customers.
So before we get into the details, procedures and policies, we want first to congratulate you for
being that kind of person and encourage you to encourage us to continue being that kind of
company. We want you to take initiative, to have fun and have pride in your work; and we want
you to know that you’re supported in doing so. Ultimately, we know that our continued success
depends on our employees, which in turn depends on us providing ongoing support and
encouragement. A big component of that is laying the foundation for a great work environment
– part of which starts with this employee handbook.
Over the next few weeks, as you familiarize yourself with Bradley Smoker, your role and our
team, we intend to support you in quickly becoming successful. As part of the process we’ve
prepared this handbook to provide you with the essential day-to-day information and our key
policies and procedures. The policies and guidelines in this book are a guide for you regarding
your work activities and relationships. Please note that we retain the right to modify, add or
delete policies in the handbook at any time – but we guarantee we’ll keep you informed of any
and all changes we make.
All employees are expected to read and understand
the contents of this handbook. If you have any
questions at all, feel free to speak with your
manager or another member of the management
