Big Adventure in Every Bite
Not just a Bradley slogan…also a mantra we live by with our regular potluck meals. With a
diverse community of team members, the food everyone brings to share is a culinary
adventure. We look forward to your contribution, and to sharing ours!
Having Fun at Work – and Outside of Work
Having fun is an important part of our culture! Part of that is about
showing our appreciation for one another, celebrating our
successes together and part of that is just about having fun.
Occasionally, we also want to have fun together outside of work so
that we get to know each other beyond the workplace. From time
to time, we arrange company events (such as the Christmas party)
and celebrations that we hope you’ll attend (you won’t want to
miss them!). We also encourage you to make suggestions and
offer ideas for future events. We’re always open to ideas so feel
free to speak with your manager.
Supporting Professional Development
Continuously improving our collective skills, abilities and performance is important at Bradley
Smoker! This means not only growing and improving your abilities relevant to your individual
job, but also to your career progression, and to the growth of the company overall. In order to
support your development, we want to support you in your continuing education and
professional development efforts.
Following three months of employment, if you (or your manager) identify education, training or
development – or a seminar/conference - that will benefit both you and the company, and is
relevant to your position with us, we’ll reimburse you the fees and associated costs.
Professional development and course opportunities must be discussed with and pre-approved
by your manager.
Regardless of whether you have a specific course or professional development opportunity in
mind, we encourage you to discuss your professional development needs and objectives with
