Our Benefits Plan Galesburg & Phoenix
Following three months of continuous service, we provide a comprehensive benefits plan for
employees who work 30 hours or more per week. Temporary and seasonal employees, in
addition to part-time employees who work less than 30 hours per week are not eligible to join
this plan.
All eligible employees must participate in the Bradley Smoker benefits plan. While you may
choose to waive coverage for medical and dental, all other benefits are mandatory for all
eligible employees. The plan also provides extended medical/dental coverage of eligible
dependents.
The employee-paid portion will be divided between your two pay checks each month. Below is a
