Benefits & Perks
Our Benefits Plan – Delta
We provide a comprehensive benefits plan for employees who work 37.5 hours or more per
week. Temporary and seasonal employees, in addition to part-time employees who work less
than 37.5 hours per week are not eligible to join this plan.
All eligible employees must participate in the Bradley Smoker benefits plan. While you may
choose to waive coverage for extended health and dental (i.e. if you are covered under an
alternate plan), all other benefits are mandatory for all eligible employees.
The plan also provides extended health/dental coverage of eligible dependents. In addition,
Optional Life, Dependent Life and Optional AD&D are available upon approval of your
application at an additional direct cost to you. A summary of our plan is shown below.

For more information about your benefits, please reference your benefits booklet or contact the
Payroll & Benefits Administrator. Please note that terms of this plan are subject to change at
the discretion of Bradley Smoker; however, if we make any changes, we’ll let you know as soon
as possible.
Taxable benefits depending on who pays
Because MSP is paid by Bradley Smoker, it is a taxable benefit. This means that the value of
this benefit (i.e. the premiums paid on your behalf) will be included on your T4 at the end of
each calendar year.
