Staying Informed – Communications & Meetings
It’s important to us that you know what’s happening throughout the company – both at a high
level and day-to-day. Part of how we do that is by sharing information that gets addressed and
raised in regular meetings. Currently these are:
 Weekly manager meetings - part of the intention of these meetings is to ensure that relevant
information is further passed on to your team, either in specific department meetings or as
needed
 Weekly sales meetings - overall update on projects
 Weekly informal production meetings
Giving Back
In the spirit of Community overall, we believe in giving back to our community by contributing to
charities and non-profit organizations through monetary or product donations and sponsorship.
As a company, there’s no one charity that we consistently give to; rather, we prefer to support
the causes that are important to and brought forward by all of you.
We encourage all of our employees to give back and are happy to support you. Past charities
and events support have included:
 Pacific Riding for Developing Abilities (PRDA), in support of therapeutic horse riding
 Zajac Ranch
 Delta Fire Department
 Richmond Hospital
 Special Olympics, in support of developmental disabilities
 Cystic Fibrosis Canada
 The Great Balloon Race in Galesburg
