2016 and brings a wealth of experience to the role: an extensive Canadian payroll and benefits
background (25+ years); US payroll and benefits experience; 4 years of international payroll
and benefits (Australia, France, Germany, South Korea, India and China). Caterina has her PCP
(Payroll Compliance Practitioner with the Canadian Payroll Association. On the personal side,
she is married with two children and two cats who take up all of her time away from the office.
When she manages to find some extra time, she enjoys photography and traveling. She has
also caught a 28 ¾ pound white spring in Port Hardy, an achievement her husband has been
trying to beat (and although he says he has, he has of yet to bring the fish home!).

Finance
Plans, organizes, accounts for and controls our finances. Manages our
money and assets.
Customer Service
Communicates with our customers regarding products and service
Logistics
Controls and manages goods and materials globally

Oversees all aspects of our business – operations and people
Marketing
Designs and communicates the Bradley Smoker brand
Mud Bay Store
Retail storefront in Delta and e-commerce business for all online sales
Packaging
Makes the final product by putting bisquettes into a variety of packages
Production
Makes the bisquettes in our warehouses
Purchasing
Acquires raw materials and products
Sales
Builds relationships with existing and potential customers regionally for
the purpose of engagement and sales growth

Ensures machines are running efficiently throughout the night
Shipping &
Receiving
Ships and receives material for production and smokers for storage
within our warehouses
Wood Lot
Where we grow our own trees to be used for bisquette production
Time Differences: Galesburg is two hours ahead of both
Delta and Phoenix (so when it’s noon in Galesburg, its
only 10am in our other locations.)
