4.4 Heat Cell

The heat cell includes a heat exchanger with flame sight window, ignition and ionization electrodes,

condensing unit, and condensate collector.

To disassemble the heat cell from the metal box the necessary steps are the following:

1. Remove the condensate collector (2 screws)

2. Remove the control unit (2 screws and cables)

3. Loosen the gas tube on the manifold

4. Remove the 4 screws from the gas valve

5. Remove the clips between the heat cell and all the water tubes.

a. Cold water tube from the condensing unit
