LED Status Control Status Probable Cause
Five flashes and three

Thermostat/well sensor fault.
Gas Control electronic fault
detected.

Standing pilot remains on while set
point knob is in “OFF” position.
1. Damage to the temperature
sensor.
2. Temperature sensor resistance
out of range.
1. Control needs to be reset.
2. Control is wet or physically
