■ High recovery rates—oil heats water 3 to 4 times faster than other methods.
These models are designed to assure a constant supply of hot water provided
the draw-off rate is within the recovery capacity of the unit. For example, the
recovery capacity of a heater with a 50-gallon (184 liter) storage tank, fired at the
rate of .75 gph (2.838 liter), is 107 gallons (405 liters) of water per hour at 90°F
(50°C) temperature rise. From a cold start, a full tank of 50 gallons (184 liter) is
hot in approximately 28 minutes.

Total Performance System—cold inlet sediment
reducing device. Helps prevent sediment build up in tank. Increases first hour
delivery of hot water while minimizing temperature build up at top of tank.
■ Two tank sizes—choice of 50 and 70 gallon (184 and 259 liters) tank capacities
provide for a wide range of applications. Glass-lined tank has magnesium anode
which neutralizes corrosive effects of water chemicals, prevents rust formation
and assures longer tank life.
■ Heat exchanger – UltraCoil
®
Heat Transfer System—dielectrically isolated,
double wall type consisting of a highly conductive material with an NSF
approved Polyethylene (PEX) coating. Also, incorporates two monofilament
channels between the walls for leak detection purposes. Leak detection hole is
located at top of unit on both heat exchanger connections.
■ Brass drain valve.
■ T&P relief valve—installed.
■ Installation—occupies relatively little floor space.
■ Two year limited parts warranty.
■ Six year limited warranty on steel tank and heat exchanger—heavy gauge
steel automatically formed, rolled and welded to assure a continuous seam for
glass lining.
