Security
Here you can congure your smartphone’s Screen lock (i.e. the type of lock and
the owner information to be displayed on the lock screen), activate the Encrypt
phone option in order to set a password or PIN number to access your device, and
congure the SIM card lock.
You can use the Device administration to view and activate/deactivate your
smartphone’s administrators, and enable or disable the installation of apps from
outside the preinstalled app store (tip: to nd out how to install apps from outside
the app store, see the Apps section of this manual). You can also manage Credential
storage, view trusted CA certicates and install certicates from phone storage.
