StandardWorkoutsshowthecourseproleofResistanceLevelsfortheprogram.Eachcolumnintheproleshowsoneworkoutsegment.The
higher the column, the higher the resistance level. Each column of a Standard Workout is for 1 minute (16 minute workout).
Theashingcolumnshowsyourcurrentinterval.TheConsolewilladjusttheResistanceLeveltotheWorkoutProleDisplay.
Note:IftheResistanceLevelischangedduringaworkout,theproleoftheWorkoutProgramwillchange.
SMART WORKOUT PROGRAMS
SMARTWorkoutsshowthecourseproleofBurnRatefortheprogram.Eachcolumnintheproleshowsoneworkoutsegment.Thehigherthe
column, the higher the Burn Rate. The Console will adjust the resistance level to assist the User to reach the Target Burn Rate.
Note:TheWorkoutProleDisplaywilladjusttheBurnRateproletothecurrentUsersettings.

Fitness Test
The Calorie Goal workout is based on calories burned over a workout. The Console assigns a calorie value to each of the 16 segments based on the
Burn Rate of each segment. During a workout, when the User has burned the assigned calorie value for the current segment, the workout shifts to
thenextsegment.Attheendoftheworkout,the16segmentswillhavebeencompletedandthetotalcaloriesburnedwillmatchthecaloriegoal.
Note: If the Burn Rate is changed during a workout, the time of each remaining segment may adjust because of the new Burn Rate level.

TheSteadyStateworkoutprogramisanopen-endedworkoutthattracksthetotalworkouttime.AsRPMmayuctuateoveraworkout,theConsole
will adjust the Resistance Level to keep the User in the Target Burn Rate Range.
Note: Because of the open-ended design of the Steady State workout, it is only adjustable during a workout.
