Base Assembly 7-3 Install hardware and tighten so the Seat Rail pivots freely.

Snap Hooks A-2 “Hook” the Rod Hooks to the Power Rod® unit. Hand Grips w/Ankle Cuff A-3 Connect the Hand Grips to the Snap Hooks.
