Calculator feature

You can enable the Calculator feature without entering Set-Up by

pressing Caps Lock +Alt+F12 if you are not in an ASCII emulation

mode.

In addition to the numbers on the numeric keypad, you use the

following keys within the calculator:

Key Function

H, O, or D Select hexadecimal H, octal O, or

decimal D format.

Arrow keys Move the position of the

calculator on the screen.

Shift

Change the keypad display to

allow selecting STO, RCL, 1/x, X

and Insert Results.

Alt

Change the keypad display to

hexadecimal and allow selecting

keys A through F o the numeric

keypad.

C/E

Clear the entry.

STO

Store the number in the display

into memory.

RCL

Recall the number from memory

and place it in the display.

Shift–Enter

Insert the result at the current

cursor position after exiting the

calculator feature.

All calculator math operations have equal priority except 1/

χ and

. If a result is wider than the display, then a rounded number will be

displayed. The non-rounded result will continue to be used in

subsequent calculations. The decimal point cannot be used with the

hexadecimal mode.
