Within reason, wherever the speakers look right, they’ll sound right.

VSi 5835 Proper Tweeter / Midrange Positioning If the VSi 5835 is installed horizontally, the tweeter/midrange sub-baffle should be rotated so the tweeter and midrange drivers remain vertical. If the speaker is mounted far off-axis, the sub-baffle can be angled toward the prime listening position. 1. Hold the speaker so the baffle is facing upward. Boundary Compensation All Models The response of a speaker changes when it is mounted close to the boundary junctions of a room (near an adjacent wall or ceiling or close to the corners of the room). Your Boston VSi loudspeakers have been carefully voiced to compensate for these boundary effects. Switch the Boundary Compensation Switch “ON” if: 1.
