Snowplow Installation/Minimum Required And Recommended Equipment
The Super Duty F-Series vehicles tabled below are available for snowplow usage.
Minimum Required Equipment
•SnowplowPackage,includes:
– Front Spring/GAWR Upgrade (Refer to the Weight Ratings charts on pages 61–65 for specific spring/GAWR selection for
each model)
– 200 Amp., 3000 Watt Alternator (6.4L V8 Diesel)
– Plow and attaching hardware weight limits are as tabled below.
