8. DRUM KIT Section
To check the sounds of each tone pad in the currently selected drum kit:
1. Click the desired tone pad in the Tone Pad field.
The name of the currently selected tone appears in the Tone Name field.
2. The sound of the clicked tone pad is played.
If drop-out occurs during sound generation, go to the “Setup” menu, and under “Audio Device
Settings,” try changing the output destination (Windows version only).
To adjust the stereo position of the sounds played using the tone pads:
1. Click the desired tone pad in the Tone Pad field.
The name of the currently selected tone appears in the Tone Name field.
2. Use the Pan knob to adjust the stereo position of the sound.
The value currently set is displayed in the Pan field.
You can also change the panning by using the computer’s keyboard to directly type in a value in the Pan
field.
Holding down the Ctrl key as you click the Pan knob sets the default value (C00).
* Set the position on the left to a value within the range of “L01–L50,” and the position on the right
to a value within the range of “R01–R50.”
Entering only a value changes the setting to “C00 (center).”
