Child Safety Seat Top Tether Anchors
• Helps hold the top of a front-facing child safety seat securely
in place
• Can help reduce the risk of head and neck injury for the child
• The tether strap is an additional belt that attaches the child
safety seat top to the vehicle at the tether anchor point
• The tether strap comes with a child safety seat — either as an
option or installed by the seat manufacturer
• If a tether strap did not come with your customers’ child safety
seat, they should contact the manufacturer to determine if it
can be ordered

Adjustable-height Front Shoulder Safety Belts
(Regular Cab and Crew Cab models)
• Can be adjusted to different height positions for optimum
comfort. People have a tendency to wear safety belts
more if they fit comfortably
• Have your customer sit in the vehicle, press the button
above the safety belt anchor, and move the anchor up or
down until the shoulder belt is properly positioned over
the collarbone and rib cage, falling about midway
between the neck and shoulder
