Commercial Account Programs
For commercial customers, buying an F-250/F-350 Super Duty
Pickup is a big investment. Ford’s limited warranty and
optional service plans will help them be sure they are making
a smart one.
• When commercial customers choose an F-Series Super Duty
Pickup, they also get thousands of qualified service
technicians available well beyond the standard 9-to-5
business day
• The Ford Motor Company Business Preferred Network
(BPN) is a cohesive and comprehensive approach to the
commercial/fleet sales, parts and service, and financial
services business
– BPN integrates existing commercial/fleet business activities
such as Quality Fleet Care, QualityCare Maintenance
(QCM), Around the Wheel (AtW), CommerciaLeasePlus,
etc.
– BPN was created to help your dealership identify and
adapt to the demands of the local commercial/fleet
market
– BPN focuses on the development of long-term
relationships with local commercial/fleet businesses
operating between 1 and 150 vehicles
• Through the new Uptime-Critical Parts Program, Ford
Customer Service Division now provides 24/7/365 service
to commercial truck customers with emergency “vehicle-
down” parts delivery the next business day. The Uptime-
Critical Parts Program Center will stock parts essential for
vehicle operation:
– The Uptime-Critical Parts Program can ONLY be used to
support critical commercial truck needs outside of “normal”
FCSD order-processing business hours as follows:
•
Monday through Sunday — from the customer’s facing
depot’s local emergency cutoff time until midnight ET.
The only exception to this is heavyweight parts
(150+ lbs.) where the order cutoff time will be 11 p.m.
ET, and delivery is second day by 4:30 p.m. local time.
This is to allow extra handling time required for such
parts
– Vehicle Down orders will ONLY be taken beyond normal
Ford Customer Service Division (FCSD) emergency order-
processing hours. Customers will still be required to
submit their normal daily and emergency requirements
through the normal FCSD channels
– All critical powertrain parts, including engines and
transmissions
– Electrical and chassis parts, including axles, springs
and wheels
• The program supports the following Ford commercial vehicles:
– F-250/F-350 Super Duty Pickups
– F-350/F-450/F-550 Super Duty Chassis Cabs
– F-650/F-750 Super Duty Chassis Cabs
– LCF
– E-Series commercial vehicles
• Orders may be placed by calling the Customer Service
Commercial Truck Center at 800-782-5050
