To return your headset to Bose:
1. If the headset is being returned during a Bose
®
thirty-day
trial period, request a return authorization number from the
Bose Aviation Headset Department. Clearly mark the return
authorization number on the outside of the package.
2. Enclose your name, address, daytime telephone number,
and description of the problem, if any.
3. Securely pack the headset.
4. We recommend you insure the headset.
