Warranty

 Material that threatens, harasses, or otherwise violates the legal rights of others, including
material that reveals the privacy or personal information of other users
 Content that contains any malware, software programs, or files that may violate the intellectual
property rights of any party, or include offensive content, or damage other users' viewing
devices
Bose may also remove material if it receives notice from a third party that your Content infringes
that third party's rights. Bose, in its sole discretion, may choose not to respond to each and every
posting. Bose reserves the right to block users from participating on the Bose Review who in
Bose's sole discretion fail to adhere to these House Rules.
You warrant that any Content that you provide to the Bose Review complies with these House
Rules. You agree to indemnify Bose against all actions and claims arising from Content that you
have posted or uploaded to, or your acts or omissions in connection with, the Bose Review.
Intellectual Property Rights
Unless otherwise noted, all Content contained on the Bose Review is the property of Bose and/or
its affiliates or licensors, and is protected from unauthorized copying and dissemination by
United States copyright law, trademark law, international conventions, and other intellectual
property laws. Product names are trademarks or registered trademarks of their respective owners.
We do not claim ownership of Content submitted by users without compensation by Bose and
with the expectation that such Content will be made publicly accessible through the Bose
Review. By submitting such Content, however, you agree to grant us a world-wide, royalty-free,
perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive license to use, distribute, reproduce, modify, adapt, create
derivative works from, and publicly perform or display such Content on the Bose Review or
through any other means.
We provide the Bose Review for you to interact with us and with our other users, and to provide
you with information about us and our products. While we strive to provide Content that is
accurate and complete, under no circumstances will we be liable for any loss or damage caused
by your reliance on information in any Content on the Bose Review. The Content on the Bose
Review is not a warranty or contractual commitment of Bose. It is your responsibility to evaluate

may, at our sole discretion and without notice, revise these House Rules at any time by updating
this posting. If you do not agree to the modified House Rules for the Bose Review, you should
