Why Tankless?
• Property owner wanted to replace a one million BTU Boiler and
leaking 500 gallon tank and reduce energy costs

• Based on energy savings the owner and plumbing contractor are
estimating a short three to ve year payback period

• 64 showers, 69 sinks, restaurant sink and dishwasher
and two commercial washing machines
Why Tankless?
• The hotel needed a more reliable and energy efcient water heating system

• This installation includes long concentric vent runs which terminate
out through the sidewall (horizontally)
