Technical data
keep STOP circuits 1 and 2 of the controller closed. The STOP circuits are
active and the controller is ready for operation.
If
the 17-pin connector of the IndraControl VCH 08.1 is screwed onto the In‐
draControl VAC 30.2 connection module, advanced contacts switch the open
contacts ST1.1 and ST1.2 into the STOP circuits. The IndraControl VCH 08.1
remains without power supply and the STOP push button has no effect.
If the 17-pin connector is completely screwed onto the connection module, relay
K1 switches and supplies the IndraControl VCH 08.1with power via NO contact
K1.3. Through opening contacts K1.1 and K1.2 the STOP circuit jumping is
simultaneously deactivated. The STOP circuits are active, the controller is
ready for operation and the STOP push button is integrated into the STOP cir‐
cuits.
The VAC 30.2 connection module must be permanently supplied with power
(24 V) via pin 1 X1.1 or pin 1 X1.2. In order to ensure a 100% safe integration
of the STOP push button, you must provide power monitoring at this point. The
connected manual operating device can be supplied with 24 V by means of pin
3 X1.1 or pin 3 X1.2 and can thus be arbitrarily switched on and off.
The time sequence of the connection procedure is illustrated in fig. 6-8 "Time
sequence when connecting the IndraControl VEH 08.1 STOP circuit" on page
33.
