RELAY LOGIC SEQUENCE
1) Start signal enables CR1 and rotation begins. LS1 is activated (open).
2) After 10 degrees of rotation LS1 is de-activated (closed). CR2
and CR3 are enabled and CR1 is disabled, Rotation continues
3) After 360 degrees of rotation LS1 is activated (open). CR2 and CR3
are disabled and rotation stops.
