Any call will interrupt background music in all zones. It is also possible to use separate booster amplifiers, for music and calls ('2 channel use'). Now a call will not interrupt music in zones, not addressed by the call.

With the call station LBB 1946 you can select to which zones your call is sent. To do so press the zone keys or the all-zone key. When a zone is selected the indication LED is on. To send a call press the PTT key and wait until the indication LED is green, then talk in the microphone.
