Basic operating principles
Enter text
Example: Text for Appointments
Under ”Text” enter short notes using the digit keys with alphabetic labelling. You
can enter the letters A to Z and the numbers 1 to 0, as explained in the following
example:
Entering the letter C: Press the digit key 2 three times.
Entering the digit 2: Press the digit k ey 2 four times.
The display keys can be used to enter
additional letters, such as umlauts (Ä,Ü,Ö),
to switch between upper and lower case
letters(a-z), to look through the text
(←→) and to correct the text (corr).
You can select the letters on grey back-
grounds with the corresponding display
keys. To change the assignation of the dis-
play keys move the grey bar up or down.

keys to enter the letters A to Z.
