Setting macro functions

Assigning partner diversion to a function key

Select the desired function.

Use the partner keys to enter the call numbers for which you want to set up the

partner diversion.

Call diversion from x to y:

Enter two partners to set up the simple partner diversion. This call diversion can be

activated or deactivated later by simply pressing a key.

Call diversion from x to y or z:

Enter three partners to set up the partner diversion with two destinations. You can

then switch between these two destinations by simply pressing a key.

Confirm your selection.

Press the key to which you want to assign the macro function.

Select the desired macro function.

Confirm your selection.

• The partner diversion with two destinations can only be deactivated via the

menu. Call up the main partner menu and select the ”Delete further partner

diversion” menu item. Select the diversion from the list to deactivate the partner

diversion.
