Please pass on these manuals to the new owner if you sell the appliance. Hot accessories and ovenware Risk of burns! Your new oven Here you will learn about your new oven. The control panel and the individual operating controls are explained. You will find information on the cooking compartment and the accessories. Control panel Here is an overview of the control panel. The display never shows all of the symbols at the same time. Details may vary, depending on the appliance model.
Type of heating and tem- Use perature range * Grill, small area 1, 2 or 3 B S Defrost For grilling small amounts of steaks, sausages, toast and pieces of fish. Cooking compartment The oven light is located in the cooking compartment. A cooling fan protects the oven from overheating. Oven light During operation, the oven light in the cooking compartment is on. When temperatures up to 60 °C are selected, the light remains switched off. This enables precise temperature regulation. The oven light switches on when you open the oven door. You can use the B button to switch the light on and off.
Optional accessories HEZ number Use Glass pan HEZ336000 A deep baking tray made of glass. Also ideal for use as a serving dish. Pizza tray HEZ317000 Ideal for pizza, frozen products or large, round cakes. You can use the pizza tray instead of the universal pan. Setting the clock Changing the clock The oven must be switched off before you can set or change the clock. Childproof lock The ó main oven has a childproof lock to prevent children from switching it on by accident or changing a setting. When the childproof lock is active, you can switch the main oven off, set the timer and switch the acoustic signal off by pressing the % button or by pressing and holding the n button.

Size of the ovenware The meat should cover about two thirds of the ovenware base. This will ensure that you get good meat juices. The distance between the meat and the lid must be at least 3 cm.
