Plate warming
Food stays warm for longer if served up in preheated
ovenware. Bosch warming drawers allow you to preheat
porcelain ovenware to between 30°C to 65°C.
Keep warm
Not only can you heat-up your crockery with a Bosch
warming drawer but you can also keep food hot for up
to an hour.
Defrost
Perfect for gently defrosting meat, poultry, bread, cream
cakes and much more. Also ideal for defrosting
nonsensitive foods.
