INSERTING AND RELEASING
BATTERY PACK
To insert battery: align and slide battery pack
into worklight until it locks into position (an
audible click sound is an indication that the
battery is locked) (Fig. 2). Do not force.
To remove the battery pack: press the battery
pack release button and slide the battery pack
completely out of worklight housing.

PROTECTION AGAINST DEEP
DISCHARGING
The lithium ion battery is protected against
deep discharging by the “Electronic Cell
Protection (ECP)”. When the battery is
empty, the cordless worklight is switched off
by means of a protective circuit.
TURNING THE WORKLIGHT ON
To turn the worklight ON, press the On/Off
switch. To turn worklight OFF, press the
On/Off switch (Fig. 1).
Do not continue to
press the On/Off switch
after the cordless worklight has been
automatically switched off. The battery can
be damaged.
TEMPERATURE DEPENDENT
OVERLOAD PROTECTION
In order to protect both the user as well as
the worklight, the worklight switches off if the
heat sink temperature reaches 140°F (60°C).
Allow the cordless worklight to cool down,
then switch the cordless worklight on again.
LOW BATTERY WARNING
Shortly before the cordless worklight
switches off because of a low battery, it will
flash 3 times and shine with reduced
brightness.
ADJUSTING THE BRIGHTNESS
Press the On/Off switch briefly to switch on
the cordless worklight at maximum
brightness. To reduce the brightness to 1000
lumens, hold down the On/Off switch until the
brightness changes. To return to 1900-lumen
setting, repeat this process.
RUN TIME
The run time will depend - in part - on the
Bosch battery capacity.
