To display information on an available Praesideo voice alarm system:
Touch the voice alarm system displayed in order to select it. The following information is
displayed:
– Connection status: Shows whether an IP connection to the Praesideo voice alarm system
exists.
– Praesideo status: In case of trouble please check the Praesideo voice alarm system.
– Licence: Shows if a valid license key is inserted for the Praesideo system (“VAS” or
“OPC/VAS”). If no valid license key is available, the remaining time until the disconnection
of the connection to Praesideo is displayed.
– Trigger configuration:
Mismatch: A VAS Virtual Trigger programmed in the FPA-5000 configuration cannot be
matched to an equivalent trigger on the Praesideo side. Please check the mapping of the
virtual VAS triggers/virtual control inputs configured in the FSP-5000-RPS programming
software and the Praesideo configuration.
– Compatibility:: Shows whether the version of the connected Praesideo system is
released for the connection to an FPA-5000/FPA-1200. If a warning is displayed please
check the version of the Praesideo system.
– Line supervision fault counter: Shows the number of connection errors to the Praesideo
system until the last reboot of the panel.
– Praesideo IP address: IP address of the Praesideo system.
– Praesideo port: Praesideo port number. The default value is 9401.
To check the availability of the Praesideo voice alarm system in the network, choose Send
ping command to send a ping request to the Praesideo IP address.
