Installation
1. Before assembly, remove the cap from the base plate: To unlock the snap-fit hooks (see
image, item C) with a flat object (e.g. screwdriver), press in and lift the cap carefully.
2. Fit the FAA-420-RI directly to the ceiling or wall. To do this, secure the base plate to a
level, dry surface with two (item E) or four (item F) screws.
3. Punch out the pre-punched cable entries (item D) to insert cables for surface mounting.
For flush mounting, insert cables through the opening (item G) under the connection
board.
4. Connect the FAA-420-RI via two terminals.
5. Place the cap on the base plate in such a way that the two hooks (item A) are inserted
into the slits. Press the cap lightly onto the base plate until the snap-fit hook (item C)
engages.
