Combination cooking combines steam
with hot air so you can cook a wide
variety of food, such as bread, meat
and fish for instance, keeping them
moist on the inside but brown and
crispy on the outside.
Steam through the cleaning.
For easy cleaning that requires
minimum elbow grease, add washing-
up liquid to the recessed water bowl
in the oven and run the cleaning
programme. Then simply wipe down
the walls. Your steam combination
oven is easily maintained, just select
the Descaling programme and follow
the on-screen instructions.
