Trouble shooting Regenerating the activated charcoal filter The activated charcoal filters must be regenerated or replaced regularly in order to ensure that odours continue to be eliminated effectively. The saturation indicator on your appliance will tell you how frequently this needs to be done. The activated charcoal filters should be regenerated or replaced at least every 2 months. : Warning – Risk of fire! Non-regenerable activated charcoal filters may catch fire in the oven.
