6.3 Resetting the AMC2 4W
If problems occur, they should first be tackled directly - for
example check the Network connection, IP-address and DIL
switch settings. Nevertheless it is sometimes an indirect help to
reset the AMC2 unit to its factory defaults.
6.3.1 Resetting the Software
1. Insert the provided screwdriver into the hole until it
reaches the reset button as shown in Figure 6.2.
2. Press the reset button for at least three seconds.
3. The AMC2 deletes its application program leaving only its
bootloader and network setting.
As soon as it is online again, the AMC2 bootloader will
download a fresh copy of the application program and
configuration. If the problem persists please request technical
support.
