Jumpers and settings
Controllers come equipped with a series of
jumpers which allow different types of inputs
to be terminated in a particular point.
Most inputs allow thermistor or dry contact
input devices to be terminated in them,
however IN1 and IN2 can be used as analog
or digital input points and their available
options are as follows:
0-5 VDC Analog Input
Thermistor
Dry Contact
FHP sets most switches in the factory,
however there are certain cases where a
particular sensor is required by the
customer, therefore it is important for the
installer to understand jumper settings and
their relationship with unit configuration and
operation. Figure 9 shows the location of the
jumpers on the controller.
