Attendance registration is displayed at the top of the meeting screen when:
– the licenses DCNM‑LMPM, DCNM‑LPD, and DCNM‑LSID are activated.
– an identification/authentication method is configured for the meeting (see Identification/
authentication, page 21).
The following information is available:
– Total number of participants registered for the meeting.
– Number of participants present.
– Number of participants absent.
Attendance registration can be used by the chairperson or clerk to determine if sufficient
participants are present to start a meeting. The login/logout activity of participants is used to
generate the present/absent notifications.
