Wide-span Storage for your Largest, Non-palletized Inventory.
Borroughs B-Span provides a heavy-duty storage solution with an easily accessible,
wide-span design. B-Span bridges the gap between clip-type shelving like Box Edge
Plus and full-scale pallet racking, and can accommodate many, or most, of the hardest to
store hand-loaded products. The small beam face of 3" compared to standard pallet rack
at 6" allows for more vertical space maximization. The carefully designed beam and post
are aesthetically pleasing and are offered in 7 standard colors, making it suitable for not
only warehouses, but show rooms, and service areas too. B-Span is the primary system
used in our heavy-duty specialty racks, such as battery racks. Accessories such as back-
to-back ties, wall ties and foot plates add strength and stability. The B-Span keystone
B-post design uses roll-formed posts as high as 19’ with keystone slots shared by beams
to create a run. B-Span flush beams support either wire decking or corrugated flat steel.
