You can also add media to the timeline by using the timeline buttons. This method adds a
new track with the media and the 3D Plane shape on the timeline.
Change Track

Select the media type you want to
import.
Navigate to the location of the file to
open it
Click the Media icon of the track
The media icon on the track changes
to represent the media type
