Never allow baby to sleep on a Boppy® Pillow or Boppy® Newborn Lounger.
Additional Warning Information for Boppy® Pillow and recommended safe use:
Never allow baby to lie face down on a Boppy® Pillow. To prevent positional asphyxia, keep baby’s
airway open at all times. For proper breathing when using the pillow for propping, do not allow baby to be
curled up in the center of the pillow area or be propped up too high on the pillow. Do not use in crib,
cradle, bassinet, playpen, play yard. Not for use on a bed, either with the baby alone or with a caregiver
who may fall asleep while feeding the baby. Do not leave baby unattended – adult supervision is required.
Improper use of this product could result in serious injury or death.
The recommended uses for the Boppy® Pillow are for feeding – nursing and bottle feeding, propping,
tummy time and sitting.

keep baby’s airway open at all times. For proper breathing when using the pillow for propping, do not
allow baby to be curled up in the center of the pillow area or be propped up too high on the pillow. Do not
use in crib, cradle, bassinet, playpen, play yard, bed or any elevated surface. Never move Newborn
Lounger while baby is in it. Do not leave baby unattended – adult supervision is required. Improper use of
this product could result in serious injury or death.
The recommended use for the Boppy® Newborn Lounger is for propping infants up to a maximum of 16
pounds or until the child can push up on hands and knees or roll over on his own accord (whichever
comes first). Do not use for tummy time.
