Bosch Diagnostics Limited Warranty
Robert Bosch LLC (“Bosch”) warrants the ATX 300 to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period
of one year from the date of purchase. Bosch shall, at its option, repair or replace, at no charge, such products
which, under normal conditions of use and service, prove to be defective in materials and/or workmanship. This
warranty covers the cost of parts and labor. To be eligible for warranty coverage, the defect must be reported within
five days of discovery. This warranty is limited to the original consumer purchaser and is not transferable. This
warranty applies only to those products purchased and operated in the United States. Repaired and replacement
products shall assume the identity of the original for purpose of this warranty and this warranty shall not be
extended with respect to such products.

Specifically excluded from this warranty are failures caused by misuse, neglect, abuse, improper operation
or installation, unauthorized service or parts, or failure to follow maintenance instructions or perform normal
maintenance activities. This warranty does not apply to any components or parts which are consumed, used or
experience wear during the products ordinary operation. This warranty sets forth your exclusive remedies with
respect to the products covered by it. Bosch shall not be liable for any incidental, consequential, special or punitive
damages arising from the sale or use of any products, whether such claim is in contract or tort. No attempt to alter,
modify, or amend this warranty shall be effective unless authorized in writing by an officer of Robert Bosch LLC.
THIS WARRANTY IS IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES OR REPRESENTATIONS, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED,
INCLUDING ANY WARRANTY IMPLIED BY LAW, WHETHER FOR MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR
PURPOSE OR OTHERWISE AND SHALL BE EFFECTIVE ONLY FOR THE PERIOD THAT THIS EXPRESS WARRANTY IS
EFFECTIVE. SOME STATES AND JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW LIMITATIONS ON IMPLIED WARRANTIES, SO THE
ABOVE LIMITATION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
