The following IP Phones support USB audio feature:

USB wireless headsets
The USB Audio feature provides Human Interface Device (HID) support for
the following USB wireless headsets:
• GN NetCom 9330 wireless headset
•
Plantronics CS50-USB wireless headset
• Nortel Mobile USB Headset Adapter
MHA
The MHA enables you to speak and hear callers and also provides call
control features, such as answer a call and place a call.
ATA
ATA is a USB adapter that enables you to use analog terminals instead of
headsets. For support, go to w

Configure the headsets
You configure the headsets on the Headsets page. To access the
headsets page, selectLocal Tools > Preferences > Headsets.
The Headsets page provides the following options:

Active Headset Device
•
Enable HID Commands
• Headset Type
•
Backlight
Active Headset Device
The Active Headset Device option provides a list of headset devices.
Enable HID Commands
The Enable HID Commands option controls the following headset
operational modes:
• GenericMode1
• GenericMode2
