Introduction

Two methods of accessing IP Phone diagnostic utilities are text-based and

graphic-based. The IP Phone 2001, IP Phone 2002, IP Phone 2004, IP

Audio Conference Phone 2033, IP Phone 1110, IP Phone 1210, IP Phone

1220, and IP Phone 1230 use a text-based method to access diagnostic

utilities. For information about diagnostic utilities for the IP Phone 2001,

IP Phone 2002, IP Phone 2004, IP Audio Conference Phone 2033,, IP

Phone 1210, IP Phone 1220, and IP Phone 1230, see “Network diagnostic

The IP Phone 2007, IP Phone 1120E, IP Phone 1140E, and the IP Phone

1150E use a graphic-based method to access Local Diagnostics through

the Local Tools menu. For information about Local Diagnostics for the IP

Text-based diagnostic utilities

Network diagnostic utilities are accessible on IP Phone 2001, IP Phone

2002, IP Phone 2004, IP Audio Conference Phone 2033, IP Phone 1110,

IP Phone 1210, IP Phone 1220, and IP Phone 1230 to isolate voice quality

and network performance problems.
