If the License Type field displays "Cached License", use the following

steps to validate connectivity to the Licensing Server.

Step Action

1 Go to Start > All Programs > Accessories > Command

Prompt to open the Command Prompt window.

2 From the Command Prompt window, enter Ping and the Licence

Server IP address.
