3 Follow to install the IP Phone 1230. To configure the IP Phone,

see “Manual provisioning of IP Phone 1110 and 1200 Series”

(page 479).

4 Enter the same TN and node number as the IP Phone 1230 you

replaced. The Call Server associates the new IP Phone 1230

with the existing TN.

Step Action

1 Disconnect the IP Phone 1230 from the network or turn off the

power.

The service to the PC is disconnected as well if the PC connects

to the IP Phone 1230.

If the IP Phone 1230 was automatically configured, the DHCP

lease expires and the IP address returns to the available pool.

2 In LD 11, enter the following:

REQ: OUT

TYPE: 1230

TN: LLL S CC UU
