When you receive a Boost
TM
Walkie-Talkie call,
your phone emits a chirping sound or vibrates.
Answering
1 Wait for the caller to finish speaking.
2 Press and hold the Boost
TM
Walkie-Talkie button
on the side of your phone. Begin talking after
your phone emits a chirping sound.
3 Release the Boost
TM
Walkie-Talkie button to
listen.
Ending
If the flip is closed, press

Press A under Exit. -or-
Close the flip.
A Boost
TM
Walkie-Talkie call ends automatically if
there is no activity on the call for a few seconds.
Choosing a Number to Call
You can choose the number you want to call in
many ways:
• Enter the number on the keypad.
• Say a voice name into your phone. See “Using a
Voice Name” on page 22.
• Use Speed Dial or Turbo Dial
®
to make a phone
call. See “Using Speed Dial and Turbo Dial®” on
page 22.
• Redial the last phone number called. See
“Redialing the Last Number” on page 22.
• Select the number from the recent calls list. See

• Select the number from Contacts. See “Making

• Select a number stored in Datebook. See
