Check for damaged parts before each use. Carefully check that the creeper will operate properly and perform its intended function. Replace damaged or worn parts immediately. Never operate the creeper with a damaged part. Store the creeper when it is not in use. Store it in a dry, secure place out of the reach of children. Inspect the tool for good working condition prior to storage and before re-use. Use only accessories that are recommended by the manufacturer for use with your creeper.

Insert the sixteen 1/4” bolts into the holes in the body, and then place a piece of tape on each wheel pod to secure the bolts to the body. Flip the creeper over and slide the casters onto the bolts. Thread the nuts onto the bolts and hand-tighten.
After Each Use After using your creeper for a couple hours (and every month thereafter), please check the tightness of the center swivel nut. After the break-in period the swivel can become loose which will result in the loss of ball bearings. This is not covered under warranty. Maintenance We are very proud of our American-made casters. We feel our design is improved by not using a center rivet for the caster swivel assembly.
