INSTRUCTIONS #14-636/#14-637 LP Gas Flame Burner
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Tighten al fittings. Use pipe joint compound.
2. Make sure flame adjusting valve (this is the valve on the handle) is turned off.
3. Open L.P. gas cylinder, very slightly.
4. Open the adjusting valve a little until you hear a small amount of gas escaping from the head.
5. Light head with either a match or a welding torch spark igniter
6. Open L.P. gas cylinder more and secondly open the flame adjusting valve on the handle slowly.
CAUTION:
Use outdoors. Do NOT leave unattended. Use proper gas pressure with fittings and accessories
recommended by your L.P. gas dealer or equipment supplier.
WARNING:
L.P. Gas (Propane) is HEAVIER THAN AIR which causes it to accumulate in low areas. Be certain
all areas are ventilated. L.P. Gas (Propane) has a distinct odor. If you smell it, immediately
discontinue work, extinguish all flames, find the lead and correct it.
