Description of the functions
Functional principle
When cooking with induction, the heat will only be created with magnetic force when cookware with a magnetizable bottom is placed onto a cooking
zone which is turned on. Only the bottom of the cookware is thereby heated, but not the cooking zone itself.

Pot detection
The heating function is interrupted, if:
- cookware of unsuitable size,
- ofnon-magneticmaterial(e.g.aluminum),
- orasmallobject(e.g.knife,fork,andbowl)isplacedontothecoolingareaorthecookwarewasremoved.
